Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of tastybitsstudio.com (the "Website") and the games published by Tasty Bits Studio (the "Games"). By using the Website or playing the Games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Games.

When you obtain a Game through a platform such as Steam, Google Play or the Apple App Store, that platform's terms (for example the Steam Subscriber Agreement) also apply. If these Terms conflict with the platform's terms, the platform's terms prevail for matters concerning that platform.

License to Use the Games

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Games for non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the Games.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and in the Games, including text, graphics, characters, logos, music, sound effects and software, is owned by Tasty Bits Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Purchases and Virtual Items

• Purchases, including in-app purchases, are processed by the relevant platform. Payment and refund requests are subject to that platform's policies.
• Virtual items and in-game currencies have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred outside the Game except where the Game expressly allows it.
• We may change, rebalance or discontinue virtual items as part of maintaining and improving the Games.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Website or the Games for any unlawful purpose;
• use cheats, automation software, exploits or any unauthorised third-party software;
• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Games, except as permitted by law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the Games or related systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or the Games.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
